Ladies and especially gentlemen – A revolution is on the horizon – Albeit a ‘Fashion’ revolution, it is a revolution nonetheless. All eyes are on London thanks to the Queens recent jubilant Jubilee celebrations, the 2012 Olympics and now – The first ever Men’s London Fashion Week.
The days gone by when men’s fashion designers were cordially afforded one day to showcase on Men’s Day at London Fashion Week , are now rightly defunct. As the Men’s Day at LFW has grown to the extent that it is too vast to be squashed into one day, we now have a rebirth of sorts, that is now known as – London Collections: Men.
London Collections: Men, launched last night with a reception hosted by HRH the Prince of Wales at St James’ Palace, with guests such as Tom Ford, Sir Phillip Green and the British Fashion Council Chair, Harold Tillman bearing witness to the royal christening of London’s first dedicated menswear weekend – taking place from the 15 June 2012 – 17 June 2012 at The Hospital Club.
Other fashionable attendees to the event included, the Adonis favoring David Gandy, funny man David Walliams, and the mighty Tinie Tempah . Check out Tinie doing his ‘thang’ in the following cut :London Collections: Men
