The Fashion – The Honorary Posh Spice Jets into London for Viva Forever Musical

The honorary queen of the ‘Posh fraternity’ the world over, mother of four and 38-year-old, Posh Spice   –  jetted into London yesterday from Los Angeles to commemorate the launch of  the new Spice Girls musical, Viva Forever – Dressed in a black figure hugging, belted, military jacket meets rock chick,  dress and the piece de la resistance – the luscious skin-tight, black leather, peep-toe knee-high boots. Members of the ‘Posh’ fashion fraternity would say, those boots are to ‘fashionably and fabulously die for’ – I would have to stylishly agree.

The Posh one got acquainted with fellow Spice members, Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell at the St Pancras Renaissance London Hotel  to launch the musical based on their music and written by British writer Jennifer Saunders. The same hotel is  where the group recorded the video for their debut single Wannabe,  released 16 years to the day yesterday, on June 26 .

Prior to the launch yesterday, rumours circulated that Posh would not grace us with her royal presence – Alas!  The girls swooned out together and in typical spice girl form, looking sassy, fresh and poised. In true Posh Spice form, the ‘Queen P’ asserted her signature Vogue ‘smising‘ pose –  and in true Posh form, she stood out, like  a fashionably chic, sore thumb  – For those  of you who have never watched US model Tyra Banks ‘America’s Next top model‘ show – ‘smising‘ is defined as, smiling with the eyes as opposed to the mouth –  Dearest ‘Posh Sorority’ girls the world over,  take note.

Viva Forever is due to open on the 11 December 2012 at the Piccadilly Theatre, in London’s West End and will feature popular songs such as Wannabe and Mama. The musical will tell the story of a girl who joins a band after gaining fame as a talent show contestant. I, Posh Yardie, being second in line to the ‘Posh’ throne (one day of course) suggests this is a must see for the entire ‘Posh’ fraternity.
